1. INITIAL INQUIRY
NO PAYMENT

  1. Reach out to us by phone, email or text, and we will book a phone consultation for an overview of your landscape project.

2. DISCOVERY
$100 MINIMUM PAYMENT REQUIRED

  1. This is an on-site, in person consultation to further explore your vision, your budget and for us to review your property.
  2. We may discuss pros and cons of materials, design features and use of space.
  3. We may gather additional information and discuss preferred design elements.
  4. If the project is a good fit for both of us, we will proceed to the design phase.

3. DESIGN
PAYMENT REQUIRED (2-5% of estimated project cost)

  1. We gather detailed property measurements and grades.
  2. Bylaws, zoning and conservation regulations are investigated as they pertain to your property.
  3. Working with your vision, and our knowledge of what is possible, we will investigate various design layouts, materials and price ranges for your dream project.
  4. The design is developed and will be present it to you in person.
  5. Revisions may be required to finalize the design.
  6. The design is done in 2-D or 3-D.
  7. When the project design been approved, a detailed project estimate will be developed and delivered.
  8. The design payment will be approximately 2 to 5% of what we estimate the entire project will be.

4. PRE-CONSTRUCTION
PAYMENT REQUIRED

  1. Construction drawings and permits are applied for, if required.
  2. A project plan is created.
    1. Start dates and end dates are set.
    2. Construction materials are finalized and ordered.
    3. Plants are finalized and ordered.
    4. Specialty trades are booked.
    5. Communication channels are created.
    6. Risk management is put in place.
    7. Expectations are set.

5. CONSTRUCTION
PAYMENT REQUIRED

  1. On site project kick off introduces you to the site foreperson.
  2. Safety measures are reviewed with our team.
  3. Materials and equipment are delivered.
  4. The creation of your idea project begins.
  5. The project will be managed to the project plan.
  6. You will be updated with the project status and notified of any issues or potential issues on a regular basis.
  7. Please ask questions at any time so you feel comfortable with the project.

6. PROJECT COMPLETION
PAYMENT REQUIRED

  1. We will conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure all aspects of the project are completed to plan and to standard.
  2. A project completion package will be provided. This will include any materials maintenance, including plants and pavers, and project completion sign off.
  3. Final payment is required

7. ON-GOING MAINTENANCE

  1. We provide weekly lawn care service if needed.
